Use this FREE Social Media Report Card Template to WOW your Boss and Clients (Photoshop .psd)
Looking for a clear and simple way to display the results and growth of your social media strategy?
As someone in charge of the day-to-day running of social media accounts, you're likely to be well versed with the analytics that make up the back bone of your strategy. However, when it comes to spelling it all out to someone less familiar with, say, Facebook Insights - like your boss, or a client - sometimes it's best to spell everything out simple.
To help you do that, I have built a FREE Social Media Report Card Template for you to download - click the button below to grab it. The report card can be customised for all of the big social networks, and contains sections for:
- Summary of month
- Engagement statistics (total fans, engagement, post clicks, likes, comments, shares)
- Popular posts (with space for screenshots, post reach, likes, comments, and shares)
- Overall growth chart by month
To open and edit the report card (a .PSD file), you will need a copy of Adobe Photoshop or an alternative, like GIMP, which is free. Here's a preview of what the report card looks like:

When you open it in your image editor, simply click on the text sections to edit them. If you get a bit lost, they're all clearly labelled in sections on the layers panel:
And that's all there is to it. The template is setup for Facebook by default, but you can easily amend the colours and text to suit your desired social network.
